Returns Policy

We endeavour to provide you with quality products however should you have any manufacturing issues we are happy to replace at no charge.  All manufacturing faults need to be reported to us within 14 days of recieving your order and prior to wearing the leotard.  In the rare occasion that the manufacturing fault occurs after being warn please ensure it has been washed thoroughly. We do not exchange or refund for wrong size choice or change of mind.  While we make every effort possible to package your order safely we are not responsible for damage that occurs out of our control during transit.  If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  

Delivery Time frame  

For off the rack stocked items we deliver within 48 Hours of receiving your order.  You can expect to receive your order with 5 - 10 days of purchase.

For custom leotards there is a 14 to 16 week manufacturing time frame with strict cut off dates.  We have 2 to 3 ordering periods depending on specific agreements with each Physie/dance school. 


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We use Australia Post regular, express and international shipping.  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.
